Our client is an IT consulting, services, and software development company that operates in the field of Information Technology with large corporations and multinationals, as well as with those companies that, regardless of their size, aim to innovate through the rational use of technology. They specialize in Innovation Management, Software Development, BI, Big Data, Data Analysis, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics.
We are selecting one DevOps professional to join the company and work on a solid, stable, and international project for a leading passenger transport company in Europe.
Task
- Foster a culture of collaboration between developers, operations, and other stakeholders.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate code integration, testing, and deployment.
- Monitor and optimize the CI/CD processes to ensure rapid and reliable software delivery.
- Use tools like Terraform or Ansible to manage and provision infrastructure through code.
- Set up and manage monitoring and logging tools to track system performance and health and analyze logs and metrics to identify issues and improve system reliability and performance.
- Develop and maintain scripts and tools to support automation efforts across the development and operations lifecycle.
What do they need?
- Very extensive knowledge of Linux management at OS level. (TB/TAB level)
- Puppet/Foreman (important).
- Ansible/Terraform.
- Azure Devops pipelines to deploy everything automated.
- Kubernetes (k3s/rancher).
- Monitoring (grafana, prometheus) or other knowledge of monitoring tools.
- Jira/Confluence.
- The person should have a good understanding of the entire landscape quickly and should be the lead for the team.
- So a true senior who has progressed for example from systems engineering to automation, automatic deployment, containers, CI/CD pipelines and has hands-on experience with all of that.
- So not a manager type but a very experienced techie who likes to go in depth and understand the whole playing field technically well.
- As a internacional project, Fluent English is mandatory and Spanish is a plus.
- Residence in Spain is mandatory.
- Spain work visa is mandatory.
